What Does The MRI Of The Head Indicate?

Hi Doctor i just got a MRI done on my head cause i have numbness on the right side of my face and have head ache my results came bck but i dont understand them first it says that t1 t2 diffusion, flair and flash sequences in multiple projections follwing uneventful administrations of 18ml of magnevst,axial, coronal, and sagittal t1 weighted sequences were performed but at i am skipping some at the bottom of the pag it says impression scattered subcortical white matter changers. which are nonspecific, however may be seen in the setting of migraines or microvasular ischemic disease what could this mean

1.T1 T2 diffusion, flair and flash sequences in multiple projections follwing uneventful administrations of 18ml of magnevst,axial, coronal, and sagittal t1 weighted sequences were performed

This is the technical information and shows that your MRI brain was done by a standard method

2.impression scattered subcortical white matter changers. which are nonspecific, however may be seen in the setting of migraines or microvasular ischemic disease

This is the result of your MRI. It says that there are many small areas which might be due to decreased blood flow in small channels of brain , as seen in the elderly. It can also be seen earlier in patients of hypertension and diabetes.

This is not a serious condition but your clinical symptoms have to be correlated and medications taken if necessary.
