Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to CT Scan report there is large hyperdense lesion(measuring 80 mm x 57 mm x 53 mm) in right parietal region,it is suggestive of intracranial hemorrhage with perilesional edema & mass effect.Mass effect is seen in the form of mid line shift to left with effacement and herniation of right lateral ventricle.
Intraventricular bleed is seen in lateral, third and fourth ventricles.

Ethmoid sinuses are opaque,it is due to mucosal thickening in chronic sinusitis.

Rest of the findings are within normal limit.

Hope I have answered your question.
Take Care
