Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello. Welcome to HCM
1. The interpretation of this result must be actually on the basis of your symptoms and the presence or coexistence of other microscopic findings: namely casts, crystals and epithelial cells.
2. Per se the pus cells are not increased and if you are asymtomatic without any other urine microscopy findings, the RBC count is also not worrisome.
3. So, the best approach in your case would be to follow it up with another URINE -ROUTINE & MICROSCOPY examination after a fortnight. If it shows an increase or mantainance, it needs to be worked up.
4. With all these repoorts, you need to visit a nephrologist to be evaluated for all causes of MICROSCOPIC HEMATURIA.
Take care.
