What Does This Hearing Test Indicate?
my daughter is 3 yr old she has enlarged adenoids and given medicine for that problem but she is not able to speak properly and she has done hearing test which detected mild hearing loss bilateral middle ear effuision and mild loss the later is most likely a sequel of the former thus conductive

hi, Dr Boskey Gandhi is here, your daughter has adenoids which blocks her connection between throat & ear, so negative pressure created & its causes middle ear effusion, which is cause of hearing loss, so u have to do treatment for primary disease,(adenoids) either medicine or surgery, to solve this problem. all the best
