What Does This Liver Function Test Report Indicate?

my sister age is 16 in xray symptoms of TB are found so medicine Caviter FD 2 tablets empty stomach given. After 7 - 8 days she complained pain and nausea so we did LFT. The report shown SGPT =139 and SGOT = 142,With reference of doctors the stop the medicing for 5 days. Now current SGPT = 90 and SGOT = 180 (>40). Is it very panic or Normal.

I think your sister is having antiTB drugs induced hepatitis.
Anti Tubercular Drugs like Rifampicin, Isoniazid and Pyrazinamide are hepatotoxic drugs. And can damage liver in 20-30% patients.
So it is always advised to check liver enzymes (SGOT, SGPT) after starting anti Tubercular Drugs, to rule out liver toxicity.
Your sister's SGPT and SGOT were raised. So possibility of dfug induced hepatitis is more. So anti Tubercular Drugs should be stopped untill enzymes return to normal.
And in her follow up report SGPT is decreasing. So no need to worry. She will be alright.
