What Does Urine Report As Albumin Present 3+ Suggest In Children?

MY DAUGHTER IS 2 YRS OLD. GOT A URINE ROUTINE DONE. REPORT SAYS ALBUMIN PRESENT 3+. WHAT DOES IT SAY? IS IT TOO SERIOUS. I M VERY WORRIED. ALSO SHE HAS GOT SWELLING IN HER EYELIDS. DOCS SAY IT SHOULD B BCOZ OF NOSE BLOCK? WHATS D REASON? IS IT BCOZ OF ALBUMIN. THE COLOUR OF HER URINE IS ALWAYS PALE YELLOW SINCW D LAST 6 MONTHS.

Hello
In a child of 2 years old urine with albumin +++ and swelling over the face may be due to .
1 Nephrotic syndrome , diagnosis can be confirmed by examination of renal function test , M R I of both kidneys , blood as well urine complete .
2 Renal infection may be the next reason due to infection . Diagnosis can be confirmed by urine culture and drug sensitivity test .
3 Albumineamia may be the next reason so get in blood examination for protein as well albumin examination in urine .
In my opinion all problems are due to kidney ( nephrotic syndrome ) , so consult a nephrologist and get his opinion.
