What Harm Could A Mole With Burning Sensation Pose?

Hi Dr. XXXXXX, wanted to get your advice on some basic info. in terms of Moles. My mother has a mole on her scalp inside of her hair, and she's been complaining about the mole having a burning sensation. What would you suggest/what advice would you give for this problem? Thanking you advance!

Hi,

I can understand your concern for mole with burning sensation in your mother.

There are certain specific feature which should be known to you :

1. If you feel any itching or burning or pain in any mole.
2. Any kind irregular borders in your mole.
3. Any variegated (different) colors you observed in your mole.

So, above points should always be checked and if find something like that or anything unusual then immediately should report to the doctor.

In your mother if she feels burning sensation then you must report to the doctor and get it excised.
