What Is A Scab With Tentacles?

What is a scab with tenicles. Years ago I yanked one off my chin. Grew back yanked it off again. As I yanked the thin scab I could see the tenicles being pulled out. I have always wondered what that was. After the second pulling it never grew back????

This could be acne or blocked sebaceous gland. Sometime the thick secretions dries up. It is better not to pick it as this can lead to infection and scarring especially it on the face. If you are getting it frequently there are medications to reduce the occurance.
