What Is Causing My PVC Heart Beat Skips After Some Hard Work?
I am geting PVC hard beat skips. they are strongly correlated with stomach gas, etc but no stomach pain or chest pain. They are not correlated with exercise or stress. Echogram was fine. There also seem to occur a day or so after heavy yard work, making me think I could have muscle inflamation at the top of the stomach area. They just started 2 months ago. Never had them before. Age 53 What do you think?

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to a metabolic disorder (chronic anemia, electrolyte imbalance, thyroid dysfunction) or to cardiac arrhythmia.
Gastro-esophageal reflux can not be excluded either.
For this reason, I would recommend performing some other tests to determine the possible causes:
1- an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring
2- thyroid hormone levels
3- complete blood count for anemia
4- blood electrolytes.
I would also recommend starting an antiacid. If it helps improve your situation, it would be indicative of possible reflux.
