What Is The Best Medicine For Anxiety?
Suffering anxiety, stopped the alprazolam medication 2 weeks ago, but have been feeling very bad. dizziness, fainting, cant stand up and faster heart beat with every moment i make, doctor says is only anxiety, but i feel worse, im thinking is something else, my blood pressure is 110/67 or sometimes 110/60 and sometimes heart beat goes at 124.

Blood pressure is normal in your case.
High pulse rate/heart beat can be due to anxiety disorder.
Alprazolam can be taken on SOS basis when there is intense anxiety.
Other than this drugs like escitalopram (SSRI) are useful for anxiety.
visit a psychiatrist for further evaluation and treatment.
