Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Axillary lymphnodes are enlarged in lung infection and cancer.
And both these cause pain and chest discomfort.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system
2. Chest x ray
3. CT thorax with Contrast
4. Fine needle aspiration cytology from axillary lymphnodes.
According to the diagnosis, you may need antibiotics and other supportive drugs.
So better to first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
