What Is The Cause For A Sore Neck And Chest Pain After Driving And Playing Respectively?

I have arthritus and chronic neck pain. After driving 12 hrs over 2 days my neck was stiff and soar. I then played golf and after 12 holes i had pain in my left back/shoulder blade through to my left chest between my shoulder and pectoral muscle. Most acute pain was in the chest side. It is painful only with certain movements such as a golf swing and turning the stirring wheel of a golf cart or car. Is this chest pain symtom of injury?

Hello & Welcome to HCM,

I had gone through the case and found that the pain might be due to cervical spondilitis, which create the pressure of nerve.

I will advise you to go for cervical vertebrae X-ray to find out the exact location of vertebrae affected.

Meanwhile you take muscle relaxant ointment with painkiller Tab Neucoxia.
Also do some neck and back exercise for proper relief under some guidance.

Avoid Pillow during sleep. By following my instruction ,definitely your problem will resolve.

Hope my advise will be effective for you.

Thanks,
