What Is The Cause Of Pain In The Naval And Tailbone?

I have a off and on pain above and slightly to the right of my naval and I am having some tailbone pain. I am now worried something is really wrong. I thought maybei had a hernia but with tailbone pain I am concerned about cancer. My bowels have not changed and I am having no bleeding. Help?
