34 yrs old female; experiencing sever abdominal pains; migraines; nausea; vomiting; wheezing; coughing up mucus like substance. has been experiencing these symptoms since her and her boyfriend moved their bedroom into the basement of the home; Boyfriend of 24 years old is also experiencing severe migraines; nausea; itchy eyes and coughing and wheezing; the area of the room has an issue with flooding and mold is visible on the baseboards of the room; issues eased up once they were out of town for a week and now have returned since they have arrived back at the home and are sleeping back in their room;
Hi. Thanks for your query and an elucidate history. 34 / F severe abdominal pain , migraine, nausea, vomiting all indicate about intestinal infection as the most probable cause. Wheezing and coughing can be due to flu or upper respiratory tract and as the patient and her boyfriend started the problems after shifting the bedroom indicates the allergy as the most important reason and is proved by the fact that they had no symptoms after they left the town. Hence the first treatment obviously shift the bedroom somewhere else where there are no molds Take symptomatic treatment of antihistamine and steroids if required.
