What Is The Explanation For Below Findings?
Hello, can you please help explain these findings? Incidental finding of a fat density 1.2x0.9cm right adreal adenoma. Enlarged bulky cervix with a 4.2x3.8cm solid appearing mas in left lateral wall of cervix. Rest of diagnosis include cervical fibroid, complex large nabothian syst and cervical malignancy.

I really appreciate your concern and I would like to say that given report if not in exact manner that it should be but seems very slang one some time it shows fibroid disease some time it seems malignancy some time it looks may be some non specific changes are there, the exact clinical picture would be clear by observing the image and clinical examination, take care and have a nice day.
