What Is The Lowest Dosage HRT Available?
what is the lowest dosage hrt available? I am 51 and experiencing intense night sweats and hot flashes during the day - but no other symptoms besides regular headaches.However as a teacher I find the lack of sleep debilitating and the hot flashes embarrassing. I had my daughter at 40 (only child) and breast fed for 8 months. As I live in Nepal and have no access to regular medical treatment would it be possible to buy online and administer myself. I know this is not ideal but there is no other option for me at the moment

You have rightly pointed out dosing hormons on line may not be right.
Hormones are necessary for our body but at the same time their side effects equally harmful.
So without detailed examination and investigation it is not advisable to take hormone or any medications for that matter.
You should see a doctor as soon as possible , till then you can occasionally take mild symptomatic drugs like aspirin for head ache.
