Hello Your brother is having typhoid , falciparum malaria ( also known as algid malaria 0 , jaundice and anemia . As you mentioned that he is in the hospital , so frankly I would recommend you need not to go anywhere , rather take indoor treatment in a hospital under strict medical supervision. Without proper physical examination and report ,it is not possible to advise any treatment . If condition is not improving shift your brother to any other hospital. Good luck.
