Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne on face and you took medications such as tetralysal 300 acne tablet for that which is not improving your condition. I would suggest you to give daily application of Glycolic acid 6 percent and retino a cream over your acne as it will lighten it. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil and apply them on scars. Take diet rich in vitamin E. Don't use any cosmetics and hard substances on face. Drink plenty of water. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and you can get new medications prescription after complete examination. You can go for micro-peeling and dermabrasion. You can apply aloe vera gel on them as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well soon.
