ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi you seems to have throat infection.
Throat pain, fever, chills, body pain all suggest infection.
Do hot saline gargke, drink lot of water. Take pain killers with antipyretic fir pain and chills.
Red dpot will reduce once the infection refuces. It can be a throat ulcer or throat congestion. Both conditions not to worry. Can be treated.
If symptoms persists thebpn u have to start u on antibiotics so do consult doctor.
