I had a tubal ligation done in 2012. My cycle has been pretty right on ever since. Usually always 28 days. My period last month however was a little different. it was as if I had my whole weeks worth in one day filling more than five thick pads that day. then the rest of the time was light and spotting. that is not normal for me. now this month i am five days late so far. i have done three home pts. all negative. i have had a blood test done and that was negative also. however i have been experiencing all of the pregnancy symptoms for almost a month now including fatigue nausea headaches discharge bloating increased appetite. and since i have been late this month i have been experiencing alot of cramping and pelvic pain along with lower back pain and neck pain that shoots up through the back of my head making me almost instantly fatigued. sometimes my pelvic pain is localized on my right side. what could be wrong with me???
