What Is The Remedy For Suffering From Burning Tongue?

My daughter Wendy has a burning tongue that she has tried all kinds of remedies to help it but to no avail. She is always crying and depressed over this matter. I am trying to find some way to help her. We live in Connecticut close to NYC and I would do anything to help her in finding a solution for her problem. She is an x-ray technician and is 45 years old. She smokes and has a drink very rarely.

Hello,
Thank you for consulting with HCM.
As you are mentioning that your daughter has burning sensation in tongue and she has taken many remedies but no relief, It looks that she is having a problem of Lichen Planus.
It is a condition mostly occur in aged females those who are stressed, it starts with greyish white patch inside the oral cavity and black patch on tongue with burning sensation.
But you have to visit a good dentist, to get it examined and start with the treatment.
