Nowadays I sleep less and worried thinking about how well I used to sleep....but some days I sleep for 4.5 hours n feel so fresh through out the day.I don't have a lot of physical activity.what's worrying me is ,will I be able to get my 6.5 hours sleep again??? And is it necessary to get8 hours sleep? What if I'm fine with 5 or maybe 6 hours?do I have to force myself to sleep or keep wondering if I'm sleeping enough?
Hello Welcome to HCM. It is not necessary to complete the number of hours of sleep. Basically sleep is a physiological phenomenon which refreshes the brain. If you feel refreshed with 6hours of sleep, i think you should not force yourself to sleep just for the completion of 8 hours. You should stop worrying. Hope this helps you. Thanks.
