Your symptoms can indicate low hemoglobin level due to bleeding from peptic ulcer or even stomach cancer. Blurred vision, headache, weakness, pale skin, dark stool can indicate it. I suggest you to visit your doctor and have blood work done while waiting for endoscopy. Abdominal ultrasound seems also necessary. In a meanwhile you should avoid any fatty foods, spicy foods coffee, chocolate, orange juice, alcohol.
Hope this will help. Regards.
