General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms can indicate low hemoglobin level due to bleeding from peptic ulcer or even stomach cancer. Blurred vision, headache, weakness, pale skin, dark stool can indicate it.
I suggest you to visit your doctor and have blood work done while waiting for endoscopy. Abdominal ultrasound seems also necessary.
In a meanwhile you should avoid any fatty foods, spicy foods coffee, chocolate, orange juice, alcohol.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
