What Is The Suggested Medicine For Pain In Ankle And Knee?
I have extreme pain in my ankles that make walking difficult plus my knees are painful when bending, stairs are a problem, it is worse first thing in morning or if i have sat down for more than 3/4 mins. I take naproxen and co codamol but they seem to not help at the min.
