What Is The Suggestion For Losing Weight?

ive tried everything from working out everyday, eating less (1200 calories) and eating so healthy that you have no idea. i have been trying different diets, but it seems i only lose some weight in the beginning and never anymore, and this happens in literally every diet! i am 15 and im not fat i just want to look good. i dont know whats wrong with my body, i have been trying to lose weight for 2 years and the same thing happens i only lose a bit in the beginning of the diet and then nothing happens! what is keeping me from losing weight? what do i have to do

Hello! It is normal because at the beginning you lose a lot and than it gets low very slow. The important part is to eat a high protein diet so you will get all the nutrients you need. You will preserve muscle and this helps you burn calorie. Try to combine treadmill 15 min before training then weightlifting and then treadmill again for 20 minutes. Within 2 months your metabolism rate will reise and you will have a better physique.
