sensorineural hearing loss is in one ear or both ear. if one ear try to protect other ear. and if you have got bilateral then it depends on percentage of hearing loss. if you getting benefitted with hearing aid use it. u can go trial in any centre if you happy then go ahead and purchase. there are variety of gadgets better to buy digital one which wil range around 10000 to 1lac. if you have bilateral sensorineural loss more than 90 dB then only choice is go for cochlear implant. which is costly one minimum basic version is around 5.42lacs+cost of surgery.consult ENT surgeon for more details
