General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the viral fever, or fever due to the pharyngitis.
The symptoms are usually common with many fevers, the tests only can confirm the type of fever.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, ofloxacin, ranitidine, and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
