What Is The Treatment For Chest And Back Pain?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...had a colonoscopy done on the Janusry 6 2011 on Monday January 31st was awoke by pain in center of chest and back, pain has since moved downward to the middle of stomach, still feels sore, Have passed gas since this has occured. should i be alarmed?

I think it is due to gastric ulcer or pancreatitis.....its better consult gastroenterologist for exact diagnosis.
