What Is The Treatment For Groin And Arm Pain?

I have been having some pain - dull ache around my left groin area that travels to my leg and gives a dull ache in that area. i am getting the same dull ache feeling in my left arm. its not a pain that hurt when touched. it comes and go and i have all kinds of pulling and strange sensations in my upper thigh and sometimes i have to pause when walking. i have done scans of my womb ovaries etc. i also had a liver scan and gallbadder scan! i have done an endoscopy. i notice the pain in my groin side is more pronounce when i need to open my bowels. help. what can i suggest to my doc - an mri scan? colonscopy
