What Is The Treatment For Headache?
i feel on a slippery spot while clearing ice from my vehicle & landed on the back of my head four days ago. Went in to ER, who told me didn't think it was a concussion and that a head scan would be dangerous (equivalent of 35 x rays) and recommended against it. I had a big bump on the upper back of my head which is now subsiding, but I have a constant headache and eperience a lot of pain when I bend down (really nasty "head rush" but with searing pain). Should i go in for a follow-up?

YOU HAVE ONLY HEADACHE but no nausea or vomiting or weakness in any limb, sensory loss, any focal deficit. your pain is only due to local trauma. it will suside in next 5 day only with pain killer like naxdom. if you symptom like intensity of headache, nausea, vomiting or any focal deficit increases than go for noncontrast CT scan barin to rule out subdural or epidural hematoma. reply me ,i will follow you
