Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
Good day.
She has hypothyroidism. Does she have a thyroid swelling?
Please do a Free T4 and Anti TPO as well. Most of he cases of hypothyroidism need life long treatment. Anti TPO level will give an idea about it.
Luckily, Kerala has plenty of endocrinologists and I recommend to meet Dr.Tom Babu of Silverline Hospital, Kochi who is a renowned endocrinologist. He will guide you
Regards
Binu
