What Is The Treatment For Toe Pain?

I am Male, 5 ft 11 in, 190 lbs, 48 years old. I have MS relapsing remitting and for the last 30 days my feet, especially toes are in pain and cold to the touch sometimes. One Dr. said it was peripheral neuropathy and others are checking different things. In real pain with this stuff. Today I noticed while laying down a strong pulse at my left testicle....should I be concerned of that as well? Any suggestions to the feet and pulse are appreciated.
