Hello I started a kick boxing class and suffer with varicose veins, but towards the end of my class my knee was really sore and hurting. Straight away it was very blue like a bruise and raised. It has now darkened like a bruise and larger but today has gone red under skin, like when you have blood under a finger nail! Should I be worried as there is thrombosis in my family thankyou
