What Is Wrong If I Have Hot Flashes, Pain In Right Side, Tiredness,and Dizziness?

I have been having some symptoms of sereval different things. I want to know if you can specifically tell me what might be wrong with me. My symptoms are hot flashes, right side pain, tired, dizziness, there is no way I could be pregnant, and I have had pneumonia before.. thanks!

If you are above 40, they could represent perimenopausal symptoms. If not, get your hemoglobin, blood sugar and blood pressure checked. (The area of right sided pain is not mentioned, hence cannot be commented)
