HI
Allergic cold/ allergic bronchitis causes eosinophilia. You can take homeopathy safely for all allergies.
Steam inhalation , an hour befor sleep will help.
Keep yourself warm, avoid dust/ fumes or irritating things even strong perfumes/ smoking.
Healthy diet, and reducing stress helps in all allergies.

Eosinophilia or increased count of Eosinophils is seen in a number of conditions , most commonly allergy, asthma, some skin conditions, autoimmine illness etc.
Please mention the symptoms for which you did the bld test, and ur age .
