What Needs To Be Done To Treat A Cauterized Nose Along With A Scab?
hello, i got my nose cauterized two days ago,and i was putting some antibiotic ointment in my nose and the scab slid out. the doctor said the scab was supposed to stay in for about a week, should i go to the emergency so they can re-cauterized my nose.

It would have been useful to know why the nose was cauterized ?!. The day in which scab falls off is subjective. In some it will take one week, in others earlier or later. We advice you not to pick on them to avoid bleeding and pigmentary irregularities. If it has healed well and no bleeding is noticed then there is no need to go to hospital.
