What Precautions In Terms Of Diet Need To Be Taken After Placing A Stent In Heart?

Last year, I had three stents placed into my heart after a heart attack.
Two months ago, my Dad died and I admit being so grief-stricken
that I went back to my old habits of eating junk food. After two months
of eating stuff like that, how likely is it for my stents to become clogged
up? Thank you.
