You have not mentioned your current height and weight. Since when have you started taking the preparation?
Protein is a part of every cell in your body, and no other nutrient plays as many different roles in keeping you alive and healthy. The importance of protein for the growth and repair of your muscles, bones, skin, tendons, ligaments, hair, eyes and other tissues is proven since a very long time. Without it, you would lack the enzymes and hormones you need for
metabolism, digestion and other important processes. A combination of protein, carbohydrates, fats,
vitamins,minerals and other nutrients are required for growth and development of the body. Hence omission of any particular nutrient would not help , at the same time too much of only
proteins or carbohydrates is not advised. You need to have a well balanced diet.
Exercises like walking, swimming is also suggestive, which would help in maintaining good health.
