What To Do For Muscle Twitching, Fatigue, Loss Of Balance With Headache Other Than CT, MRI, Nerve Conductivity?

I have bee having strange feelings in my arms and legs (both legs and both arms), muscle twitching, extreme fatigue, and loss of balance. When this first started 7 years ago I lost 40lbs in 2 months, when I ate I was sick and literally couldn't do anything but lay on the couch. That went on for almost a year. Several thought it sounded like MS except both sides are affected and no brain lesions. Now I am left with the sensations in arms & legs, twitching muscles, extreme fatigue, loss of balance, and occasional headache (but when I have one it last for a few days). The doctors have done CT, MRI, Nerve Conductivity, tested for heavy metals and numerous other things. The only thing on my chart is neuropathy. Can you please give me some insight or something else they should look into
