What To Do If Having Smegma Which Itches And Pains While Having Sex?
I am finding problem with Smegma, am suffering with diabetes for last 8.5yrs. because of smegma it is itching and painful while having sex. I do clean any time I do urine and while bathing. I do coconut oil massage also. even that this issue is appearing. how can I cure this?

I think diabetes is causing growth of bacteria , causing inflammation and itching and pain during sex. Though hygiene is important, you should maintain strict control of diabetes . You wife may also be having infection so get her checked as well
