Best contraceptive option.. (other then condom), best in the sense no (or negligible) side effects like weight gain.. etc... and also no problem later while conceiving and to the baby after conceiving...

hi welcome to health care magic.see condom is the best option other then oral pills having problem of weight gain,heart disease in future etc,then copper t but many patient develop abdominal pain,heavy periods.if you want permenant contraception then tubal ligation in female and vasectomy in male,it will not affect your sexual desire.

The best contraceptive differs from person to person as it depends on tolerance of the body.The common methods available other than condom are copper-T;OC pills;vaginal tablets like TODAY which is a vaginal pessary and it dissolves and acts as a barrier for the sperms preventing pregnancy;vaginal ring(Nuvaring).As with all the failure of contraception is always associated in a very small percent of females.
The best contraceptive it it is tolerated will be copper-T which fits your bill with all the criteria you want like it will not increase weight;the failure rate as compared to Today or vaginal ring is less;and you can conceive easily after removal.
