Hi welcome to HCM.
Lymphatic obstruction or Lymphedema is a condition of localized fluid retention and tissue swelling caused by compromised
lymphatic system.kashayams are not usefulness for treatment. The causes include, after
lymph node dissection, after radiation therapy, filariasis, cellulitis, cancers can leads to lymphedema.Treatment for lymphedema varies depending on the severity of the edema and the degree of fibrosis of the affected limb. The most common treatments for lymphedema are a combination of manual compression lymphatic massage, compression garments or bandaging.Complete decongestive therapy (CDT) is a primary tool in lymphedema management consisting of manual manipulation of the lymphatic ducts,Surgical techniques for correcting lymphedema may be excisional or physiological.
Surgical treatment is used only in extreme cases in order to reduce the weight of the affected limb, to help minimize the frequency of inflammatory attacks, to improve cosmesis, and to potentially reduce the risk of secondary angiosarcoma.low level laser therPY is also very helpful for treatment. Left untreated, that can result in infections: cellulitis, lymphangitis,
lymphadenitis, and in severe cases, skin ulcers.in rare cases it leads to
lymphangiosarcoma.so dont waste time by taking unrelated treatment.go to a doctor as early as possible.
