Which Medication Would You Recommend For Blood Pressure?

I have hypothyroid disease, I am just now developing blood pressure problems but it is a very mild case. My bottom number goes up. I also suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. what medication would you recommend for the blood pressure. I am obese and 41 years old.

Dear ma'm, Hi! high blood pressure specially diastolic , can be due to hypothyroidism as well. so first attain a normal thyroid balance. if BP is still high , and as you said you also have anxiety and panic attacks, so beta blocker like metoprolol 50 mg once a day would be the right choice. regards!
