Paracetamol or Acetaminophen is an over the counter analgesic and antipyretic. It is used in various conditons for pain relief and for control of fever.
Cheston contains bromhexine hydrochloride, guaiphenesin & chlorphenamine maleate.It is used as a mucolytic (thinning of sputum to make it easier to cough out).
