hello i read your problem .i need to know about your oral habits like smoking,drinking,tobacco chewing etc. these white spots can be white precancerous lesions like leukoplakia but these are mostly found in smokers malnutritous or these can be simple ulcers will heal itself in 5-6days. i would advice you keep a check on it for a week if it remains same consult an oral pathologist and get a biopsy done. have high nutritous diet,maintain good oral hygiene avoid hot and spicy food. regards dr.sapna
