Why Am I Feeling Hot At Night?
I am wondering why I am coming over very hot at night, especially in the head? I feel stressed out and have tension in the back of the neck. I am 64 and female. I am being treated for digestive problems such as burning in the stomach and digestive tract by homeopathy.

The symptoms seem to be related to menopause symptoms. I suggest to sleep in a cool room and use loose clothes. I also suggest to avoid air condition rooms. The symptoms are normal and don't require treatment.
