You could be having collection of fluid in your ears probably because of running nose. Do apply saline nasal drops 2 drops to each nostril and see if you get relief. Otherwise there can be other possible causes of this problem and it would be wise to get looked at by ENT Doctor for proper examination and management. Avoid cold weather. Avoid smoke, pollution, dust. Eat healthy. Exercise daily. Stay fit.
