Why Do I Get Sick, Weak And Hungry? Is Being Over Weight The Reason For It?

hi, im over weight because i tend to feel weak, shaky, hungry and sick a terrible lot, so i eat to try to resolve it, which it doesnt its just making me over weight, do you have a reason why this may be, im 40 yrs old, female, who is 5ft 2, weighing 12 stone 10 lb, which is far too much for my height and age, my bloods show ok, and i dont seem to be diabetic, im just very low on vit d, so im on that to bring it up, thanks x

Vitamin D is impotent for are body it promotes calcium absorption.
Very few foods in nature contain vitamin D.
The flesh of fatty fish (such as salmon, tuna, and mackerel) and fish liver oils are among the best sources. Small amounts of vitamin D are found in beef liver, cheese, and egg yolks,Fortified milkfortified cereal provides a more balanced meal than a Vitamin D supplement.Ricotta cheese stands out among cheeses for its relatively high Vitamin D content.
Exposing yourself to sunlight (10 to 15 min)is the most important source of vitamin D because sunlight is far more likely to provide you with your vitamin D requirement than food.

Welcome to HCM. I completely agree with Dr Disha. I just want to add that if you have not gone for Thyroid functioning test then get it done. In many cases hypothyroidism may show these kind of symptoms.
