Why Do I Have A Smelly Penis ?
I have a problem with a smelly penisthis only started 2 days ago and I have never experienced something like this before I am cut and am very big on being clean,I get tested regularly,last time in Dec and was all clear and have had no partners since. I am diabetic though and have had some problems with keeping my levels stable and because of this and not having enough water had some discomfort in my penis. I am worried that it might be something serious but read that many other ppl have this problem, I hate the smell and it makes me feel dirty! I would appreciate some insight and help on this matter? Thanks for query,smeelly penis may be due to,
1,Poor local hygiene resulting collection of smegma on glans giving rise to bad smel.
2,As you are diabetic there is always possibility of infection in urine and foul smell.
Take plenty of water,
Keep proper local hygiene,
Treat infection if it is there.
