Why Does Child Have Green Slimy Stools And Runny Nose After Taking Reuterina Drops?

my 1 year old daughter, who had running stomach ,cough and running nose has been prescribed reuterina drops ,from that day she is visiting the toilet so many times and the stools are dark green slimy stool ,and her nose are running too much now ,her eyes look puffy with a bit of discharge. today is her fourth day taking it . could this be the side effect she is reacting to?

This is the viral infection stopall the drugs this will come around without the drug just keep the kid well hydrated, watch for fever if the body temperature rises then see the doctor have nice day.
